Banners & Topper List: Unlocks & Upgrades
Banners are found in loot or unlock during normal progress. The little known topper... yeah, banners have an upgrade who knew... you can find going to the area listed or from using the Resource Mission at The War Table for that area. So here you go more fetch quests for your OCD. All upgrades are applied automatically just leave Skyhold and come back they should show up.
